Group visits by schools and other organised groups can be:-
Self guided – on a self-guided visit you manage your own sessions as you wish.
Self-guided (with additional resources) – Choosing this option allows you to plan and lead your own visit using printed and other resources provided by us.
Centre-led – In Centre-led sessions our staff or volunteers lead ‘hands on activities specially prepared for children, young people and adult groups.
Booking is essential for all educational groups visiting the Centre, whether you are self-guided or require guidance on the day. Groups wishing to book visits should call at least one week in advance, but we recommend booking even further ahead to guarantee your reservation. It is advisable to have alternative dates in mind before you call in case we are already booked for that day.
